Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to:

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • U.S. territories or international destinations

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on product type and vendor location.

  • Made-to-order items may require up to 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including any available tracking information.

3. Fulfillment & Carriers

HartLuck works with multiple fulfillment partners. Your order may ship from:

  • HartLuck’s own distribution warehouse, or

  • Partner/vendor facilities within the United States.

Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on product size and location.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 2–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Made-to-Order / Drop-Ship Items: 7–21 business days (may vary)

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
From time to time, HartLuck may offer free domestic shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the website.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Some orders may include multiple tracking numbers if shipped from different locations.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, HartLuck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), contact info@hartluck.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.

9. Damage in Transit

Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If items are visibly damaged, contact info@hartluck.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s).
